I had another productive day lurking in the studio on Monday. Mostly working on rough recordings of the old songs we intend on including in our live sets. These have been the trickiest by far as it’s a fine balance to put my own spin on them while retaining what made them such bangers in the first place. It’s also really hard not to fall into just doing karaoke. I’m very happy with the results, there is still work to do, obviously, but I feel like I’m on the right track.

Back in a week tomorrow. Exciting times.
